Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, taking proactive steps to ensure stock availability meets operational needs.
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory, driving efficiency in stores operations.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors, emphasizing timely and accurate procurement of materials through strong communication and negotiation strategies.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and data integrity for inventory management.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain precise stock records and promptly identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Analyze and present key performance indicators (KPIs) related to stores operations to management.
  • Implement best practices for efficient stores organization, storage, and materials handling, optimizing costs and improving processes.
  • Lead cost optimization initiatives, play an integral role in budget planning for the stores, and demonstrate financial acumen and responsibility.
  • Drive technological improvements in stores management and inventory control, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the stores team for seamless operations.
  • Identify, assess, and develop risk response strategies for risks under their management.
