Job Role:

Deliver high-quality IT projects by providing structured project management support to ensure timely delivery of deliverables, alignment with organizational goals, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation in line with organizational objectives.
  • Assist in planning, coordination, and monitoring of ongoing IT projects to guarantee their success.
  • Help maintain accurate project schedules, documentation, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Communicate project updates effectively to internal teams and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate with departments and vendors to gather information and provide support for deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve problems, and communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Trello, JIRA, MS Project) to track tasks and deadlines.
  • Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items during project meetings to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Contribute to post-project reviews and documentation of lessons learned to enhance future project performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure all technology solutions meet business requirements, security standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Document project deliverables, reports, and post-implementation reviews to capture valuable insights.
  • Continuously improve by capturing lessons learned and suggesting process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in an IT, administrative, or coordination role (internships acceptable).
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Additional Requirements:

  • Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project environments.
  • Certification or training in project management (e.g., CAPM, Agile Fundamentals) is beneficial.
  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience managing software implementation, infrastructure, or ERP projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, cybersecurity practices, and enterprise systems.
