Urban Planning and Design is seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator to join their team in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project files including contracts, project dashboards, payment schedules, site visit schedules, and client meeting schedules.
  • Deliver quality work timely assigned by the project manager.
  • Maintain equipment in prime condition and be prepared to take up any task at any given time, focusing on design and management related tasks.
  • Work overtime if required for swift execution of tasks.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with software skills and necessary procedures to ensure best execution of projects.
  • Present a professional persona and maintain a well-dressed appearance.
  • Quality of work and timely execution will be monitored by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Full-time employment with 48 hours a week, including Saturdays, additional half-days when required.

This role requires someone who is well-organized, proactive, and has excellent communication skills. If you have experience working in a similar capacity, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
