Freelance Bidder Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Freelance Bidder Specialist to join our organization. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and acquiring business through various channels.

The Role: Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities across multiple platforms.
  • Prior experience in bidding with a strong grip on Upwork is essential.
  • Acquire business through outbound calling & email campaigns.
  • Quality project selection and bidding.
  • Write customized proposals based on the nature of each project.
  • Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, client communication, and closure.
  • Gather client requirements, communicate them with the team, and deliver projects to clients.
  • Maintain a high rating on all platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Job Specification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent British English accent is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and automation marketing tools is compulsory.
