
Sales Center Team Lead

Oversight of conflict resolution between associates and customers is crucial.
Ensure all employees follow best practices for call center management and operations daily.
Develop presentations to motivate and educate call center agents on achieving sales goals.
Communicate company objectives to associates to understand their roles in the organization.
Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys to ensure quality control. Requirements:A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is preferred but not required.
1+ years' experience in telemarketing or an outbound call center environment is essential.
Familiarity with telemarketing software systems is necessary for success in this role.
Excellent communication, management, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required.
Advanced conflict resolution skills are a must-have.
