Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Development Executive. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue high-value projects on freelance platforms, leveraging your expertise in proposal writing and client relationship management.

About the Role
  • Bid on relevant projects, utilizing your knowledge of Upwork and other freelance platforms to maximize success rates.
  • Develop customized proposals that effectively communicate your value proposition and increase the likelihood of project award.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and converting leads into successful projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution following contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of bids, proposals, and client interactions.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Familiarity with Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on proposal writing.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated, target-driven individual capable of working independently.
Compensation Structure

This is a commission-based position, with earnings tied to project performance. The more successful projects you bring in, the higher your earning potential.
