
Sales Territory Manager Role

Job Requirements
We are looking for an experienced professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities, and the capacity to understand all sales functional areas:
- Achieve sales targets of POL products, lubricants, Agri Business, CNG and Non-Fuel Related (NFR) targets to meet divisional sales objectives.
- Monitor outlet performance through daily sales control sheets and tour itinerary reports.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, providing product knowledge training and collecting information on business activities.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and monitor nozzle sales figures for each product/item.
- Review distributor route plans and ensure adequate shop coverage, managing van operations and high street shops as per KPIs.
- Facilitate proper housekeeping and M&R issue resolution at retail outlets with divisional engineers and maintenance contractors.
- Timely address customer complaints related to retail outlets to improve customer service.
- Verify accurate display and sale of POL products on OGRA announced rates with 100% quality and quantity, no adulteration.
- Conduct monthly stock variation checks to ensure company stock availability on all outlets.
- Recover distribution margins from non-performing outlets and ensure outstanding recoveries from credit defaulters.
- Promptly resolve dealer queries and issues to facilitate dealers.
- Ensure timely CODs, leases registration, and rentals processing without delay.
- Review credit utilization of outlets and ensure adequate credit utilization, zero sales outlets, and nil defaults.
- Maintain highest level of customer services by ensuring no quality and quantity failures in the area.
