About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at dinCloud Pakistan, An ATSG Company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing marketing operations, with a focus on automating and streamlining processes within HubSpot.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, building, and implementing automated workflows and processes within HubSpot to streamline marketing and sales activities.
  • Managing and analyzing large datasets to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards within HubSpot to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales activities.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a data analysis role within a marketing/sales environment.
  • Extensive hands-on experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub, with a deep understanding of its various features and functionalities.
