Role Overview

This is a hands-on role where you will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding potential candidates. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in 360-degree recruitment, helping to attract top talent and support the company's hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
  2. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  4. Maintain and update the candidate database in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  5. Assist in head-hunting and building a strong talent pipeline.
  6. Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
  7. Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
  8. Assist in the onboarding process by collecting necessary documentation.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
  4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  6. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a team player.
