
Remote Office Coordinator

We are a fast-paced, dynamic business consultancy and training firm seeking a skilled Remote Office Coordinator to provide expert support to our senior management team.
The role involves managing day-to-day office duties, including maintaining accurate records, organizing digital files, typing reports, answering calls, and assisting clients as needed.
In addition to these tasks, the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, submitting reports, preparing proposals and presentations, and providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage routine office duties, including paperwork, digital filing, and reporting.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and organize digital files, ensuring seamless access to information.
