
Office Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Office Coordinator to be the central hub of our daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our workplace runs efficiently and for creating a positive and productive environment for our team and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling calls, and distributing mail.
- Maintain office tidiness, manage the inventory of all office and kitchen supplies assets and vehicles, and coordinate with service vendors.
- Act as a central point of contact for all departments, proactively assisting in resolving their administrative and operational issues.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees and perform HR duties after their on boarding.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in an office coordination or administrative role.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
