We're looking for an Office Assistant/Coordinator to manage our office coordination on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Requirements/ Skills:
- Effective communication skills
- Good calling/phone manners
- Good organizational skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- All day to day office administrative work
- Attendance record keeping
- Maintain leave application and requisition forms
- Perform internal administrative task
- Greeting the guest/ customer at the office
- Maintained office filing and documentation system
- Visitor record keeping
