Experienced ERPNext Business Process Consultant

A seasoned ERPNext expert is sought after to drive the implementation of our software solution. As an experienced consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and map them to our product.
">Key Responsibilities- Engage with sales prospects to understand and assess customer requirements, prepare and present demonstrations of ERPNext's features, and address and overcome technical objections that arise throughout the sales process.
- Help prospects evaluate and visualize how our solutions can add value to their companies.
- Drive the entire project more like an account manager.
- Be well versed with Agile Methodologies.
- Work with the team to create activities (e.g. identifying and handling key customer technical questions and objections) in order to develop strategies, resolve technical impediments, and scope out-migration workloads.
- Perform detailed requirement elicitation with the client based on the project plan.
- Clearly document gathered requirements and use ERP knowledge to define what will need configuration and which will need development (GAP analysis).
- Create diagrams that present the client's business cycles and requirements such as flow charts, ERD, Use cases, etc. as needed.
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- 5+ years of experience in ERPNext Implementation
- Experience working on implementation projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, self-starter with a very high degree of ownership
- Experience in a wide range of projects using various apps and modules like POS, Website, Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, and other apps that are currently live on client production servers.
- Ability to speak both business process and technical process based on the audience that you are addressing, supporting, or working with.
- Willingness to create our own Whitelabel ERP using ERP Next and understanding of this huge undertaking.
