
Travel Sales Ambassador

You will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, services, and products to prospective clients. Your role involves expanding our customer base, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your primary goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service. To achieve this, you will need to actively generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Actively generate leads to achieve sales targets.
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on travel destinations, services, and products to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present customized itineraries, proposals, and quotations based on client requirements.
- Booking Management: Handle reservations, ticketing, accommodations, transportation, and other travel arrangements efficiently and accurately.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven successful sales experience, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for travel.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and relevant technology tools.
