At Staff IT Solution, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative / SDR to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach to key stakeholders in the USA.

  1. We are looking for someone who can proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance sales development efforts.
  2. You will work closely with our team to achieve monthly KPIs and targets, mapping key stakeholders and growing your network to drive business growth.
  3. Your excellent customer and prospect relationships skills will be crucial in leading to growth in both existing and new accounts.
  4. You will identify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  5. New business generation is critical, meeting with potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
  6. You will manage the sales process to close new business opportunities, building strong relationships with our existing portfolio of clients.
  7. Maintaining weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets is essential for success in this role.
