Professional Sourcing Specialist

  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates through LinkedIn and other online channels.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screening and selecting candidates based on their skills and experience.
  • Maintaining and updating candidate pipelines to ensure efficient hiring processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in German language studies.

  • Excellent German and English communication skills to engage effectively with potential candidates.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
