Job Title: Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Pakistan. As a highly skilled recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top engineering talent from Pakistan to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, attract, and engage with qualified engineering candidates.
  2. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
  3. Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the technical and cultural requirements of our clients.
  4. Collaborate with our recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
  5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including initial outreach, interviews, and offer negotiations.

You will also stay updated with industry trends and changes in the job market to effectively advise clients and candidates.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on technical roles.
  2. Strong understanding of the tech industry and key skills required for various engineering positions.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
