
Accounts Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Administration Assistant.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budget reports, and other financial documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, mailings, and filing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
