- Job Summary:
- We're looking for a skilled sales professional to expand our business relationships with existing customers, upsell products, and provide exceptional customer service.
This role requires strong communication skills, a natural sales instinct, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively consult with customers to uncover their unique needs and advise on best solutions.
- Sales Performance: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota expectations.
- Customer Engagement: Demonstrate Motive software and drive business reviews with existing customers.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver efficient and enjoyable customer experiences.
- Adherence to KPIs: Adhere to daily KPIs, such as calls/demos/emails per day and attend customer meetings on time.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in an outbound/upselling sales role.
- Credentials: Experience consulting with B2B customers in the United States and Canada.
- Skill Set: Strong ownership attitude from prospecting to closing.
