We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and escalating complex matters as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Proficient in computer software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
