As an Associate - Client Services, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing administrative support, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and preparing materials.
  2. Serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling email correspondence and ensuring timely communication.
  3. Coordinating virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing materials.
  4. Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet client deadlines and expectations.
  5. Conducting research on diverse topics as assigned, providing relevant information to decision making.
  6. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  7. Analyzing customer complaints, identifying underlying issues, and recommending effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  8. Preparing and offering price quotes to clients' customers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product and service offerings.
