Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.
- This role will involve managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that meeting times are coordinated effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and callers, greeting them warmly and directing them appropriately.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently, minimizing conflicts and ensuring smooth operation.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation, contributing to the office's smooth operation.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming, stocking reading materials and amenities for visitors.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors, clients, and staff members, answering inquiries and directing them to relevant resources or personnel.
- Maintain visitor access, issue visitor badges, and follow security protocols to ensure a safe environment in the workplace.
- Collaborate with colleagues, communicating relevant information to ensure seamless coordination and workflow within the office.
- Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and excellent customer service skills in all interactions, representing the company positively at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
