We are seeking an exceptional professional to assume the role of Corporate Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive and results-driven mindset, supporting the corporate manager in identifying growth opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Company Incorporation: Facilitate the registration of companies in SECP, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Registration of Trusts and Societies: Handle the registration of trusts, societies, and other entities with relevant authorities.
  • Filing of Annual Statutory Forms: Prepare and submit annual reports for all companies in SECP, adhering to deadlines.
  • Event-Based Filings: Handle the filing of event-based statutory forms, such as share allotment and transfer applications.
  • Charge Registration: Manage the registration, modification, and satisfaction of charges in SECP.
  • Filing of Financial Statements: Submit audited and unaudited financial statements for all companies in SECP.
  • Extension and Directions: Obtain extensions and directions for companies as needed.
  • Show Cause Notices: Handle show cause notices, proceedings, and winding up of companies.
  • Drafting Documents: Create partnership deeds, authority letters, power of attorney, and other essential documents.
  • EOBI Returns: Monthly file EOBI returns for clients.
  • Government Liaison: Coordinate with government authorities like SECP, BOI, and MOI via calls or visits.
  • Compliance Resolution: Resolve objections from SECP regarding compliance issues.
