·To develop and implement annual marketing plan.
·To develop and execute a comprehensive corporate fundraising strategy to generate financial support for Akhuwat initiatives.
·To stay updated on latest trends and developments in the corporate sector, including CSR donation norms and guidelines, to maximize fundraising activities.
·To conduct awareness sessions and social activities in corporates sector.
·To Implement a variety of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
·Identify and segment companies by industry sectors (e.g., Banking, Telecom, FMCG, Energy, SME), focusing on their annual CSR budgets and historical engagement with Akhuwat.
·Develop a monthly target list identifying potential new Corporate/SME companies, categorized by industry sector. Present this list to your line manager by the deadline specified each month. This list will serve as the foundation for the monthly outreach pipeline, guiding meetings and engagement activities.
·Schedule meetings with new corporate partners, with the number of meetings determined by your line manager. Conduct a minimum of 2–3 meetings per week with existing corporate partners, engaging key decision-makers such as CSR Heads or CEOs. Ensure high-level representation during these meetings; a team leader may accompany you when necessary to support this objective.
·Ensure that all meetings are promptly and accurately documented in the CRM/IMS system to facilitate effective tracking and follow-up.
·Promptly draft and send a Minutes of Meeting (MoM) email to the corporate contact on the same day as the meeting. Before sending, have the MoM reviewed by a senior team member and include them in the CC field to ensure transparency. Maintain proactive and consistent follow-up by sharing updated newsletters and success stories to keep the corporate contact engaged and informed.
·Submit tailored proposals or request relevant documentation as needed leading to signing of MOU if required.
·Will make sure to invite the maximum number of Corporate CEOs/CSR Heads and HNIs to the branch on the day of Akhuwat Islamic Microfinance Disbursement to increase visibility and trust in the Akhuwat Mission.
·The Proposal follow-up will be done by you after the submission of proposal subsequently.
·Compliance of reporting requirement from the donor as per the MOU signing, even team member will provide picture or videos if the requirement added in MOU/Agreement.
·Conduct monthly visits to donor-supported branches to gain comprehensive insights into borrowers, branch operations, and project outcomes. Gather detailed information on borrower profiles, loan utilization, repayment performance, and the social and economic impact of the projects and the outcomes of it.
·For any External communication or for any media related items like borrowers/event/Disbursement Video/Pictures and any report/document or message will be share with donor after getting recommendation from your line head and after final go head from the HO management.
Skills:
- Experience in fundraising, corporate strategy development, and community engagement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Business Administration, Management or any other related field.
Experience:
3-4 years of work experience is required.
