Account Manager

This role requires a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to manage and develop relationships with merchants using POS systems for payment processing.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with merchants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Business Growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Account Support: Provide prompt and effective support to ensure seamless transaction processing and resolve any issues.
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement sales strategies to attract new merchants and promote our services.
- Merchant Training: Design and deliver training programs to equip merchants with the skills necessary to effectively utilize our services.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators to optimize account performance and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards.
