
Business Growth Manager

We are hiring a skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of Amazon seller accounts, ensuring account health and compliance with Amazon policies.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing private label brands across various Amazon marketplaces, with a proven track record of scaling businesses and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Monitor account performance, manage customer feedback, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Product Listing Optimization: Create, manage, and optimize product listings for improved visibility and conversion rates, including keyword research and high-quality images.
- Brand Scaling: Develop strategies to grow brand presence on Amazon, expanding into new marketplaces and optimizing existing product lines.
- Advertising Management: Plan, implement, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Market Expansion: Research opportunities for expanding into new Amazon marketplaces, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Amazon marketplace requirements.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, conversion rates, and advertising ROI, and report findings to the leadership team with actionable insights.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of competitor products and strategies to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Reviews: Experience with strategies to increase positive reviews organically.
- Deep understanding of Amazon's advertising platform, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.

Job Specification- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience managing Amazon private label brands in multiple marketplaces.
- Proven experience scaling brands and increasing revenue on Amazon.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and experience with tools like Helium 10 and Jungle Scout.
- Experience with Amazon PPC management and optimization.
- Familiarity with multiple marketplaces and understanding of local regulations and laws.
- Excellent analytical skills, interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with international shipping and logistics.
- Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and its integration with Amazon strategies.
