We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the sales process, guiding the sales team, generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

About the Role
  • Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day sales operations and team coordination.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through various channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property tours.
  • Assist clients in property selection and provide complete guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales in alignment with company targets and policies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the local real estate market and property procedures.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
