
Sales Business Development Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and inspire the existing sales team to achieve market penetration and increase sales and margin.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing Sales Strategy: Create a sales strategy according to the International and local market for all products, with a focus on achieving goals and producing results.
- Managing Budgets and Sales Plans: Oversee budgets, sales plans, and distribution development according to strategic sales regions.
- Leading the Sales Team: Lead and influence a successful and experienced team of sales managers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Market Analysis: Monitor, analyze sales and market trends, staying up-to-date with new developments and using this information to improve business performance.
You must have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as detailed knowledge of digital printing. Experience in planning, directing, and controlling all sales and distribution is essential.
A strong understanding of the local market and computer literacy are also required. You should be able to keep up-to-date with market trends and new developments, using this information to drive business improvement.
Additionally, you should be able to proactively develop and improve products and services, and demonstrate dedication to improving results and loyalty to the team by standing by decisions that benefit the organization.
