Business Growth Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion and new business development for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and capitalizing on lucrative opportunities to fuel company growth.
This is a commission-based position with substantial earning potential. Our ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales, business development, or client relationship management, with a strong background in digital services such as web development, branding, or marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Digital Product Knowledge: Establish a deep understanding of our digital products and services to effectively promote them to potential clients.
- Pursue New Opportunities: Identify, research, and network on digital platforms to uncover new business prospects.
- Built Relationships: Foster strong relationships with potential clients through persuasive communication and regular follow-ups.
- Capture Growth: Convert qualified leads into successful deals and partnerships, working towards monthly/quarterly targets.
- Report Progress: Provide clear, structured updates on outreach efforts, pipeline development, and conversions.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Professional Background: Have experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (preferred but not mandatory).
- Motivation and Drive: Demonstrate a self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Independence: Be able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Digital Services Familiarity: Familiarity with digital services such as web development, branding, or marketing is a plus.
- CMS Proficiency: Be comfortable using CRM tools, email, and digital communication platforms.
