We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our team in expanding business opportunities across English-speaking markets.
Job Description- The role involves identifying and pursuing new B2B clients for offshore software development services.
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential clients across targeted geographies.
- Your primary goal is to understand client requirements and propose tailored software development solutions.
- You will build strong relationships with decision-makers and coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations.
- You will manage and close deals through the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to contract signing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in B2B business development or sales in the software development or IT outsourcing industry.
- Excellent spoken and written English; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in international time zones and independently in a remote setup.
- Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business value.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM/sales tools.
- Self-starter with a hunter mindset, high energy, and strong work ethic.
