We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through multiple communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be working closely with our sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services. This includes handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the software technology industry. You should also have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and be familiar with CRM systems.

Responsibilities:
