Supporting Our CEO

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and provide high-level administrative support to our CEO.

  • Scheduling and Organization: Manage the executive's calendar, prioritize tasks, and avoid conflicts.
  • Meeting Preparation: Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, and prepare materials.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Respond to emails, calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform additional tasks, such as filing, expense reporting, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with specific tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, etc. is a plus
