Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP HCM and Decibel HRM, with a strong grip on employee engagement, talent acquisition, and multitasking across HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Administer HR operations through the utilization of SAP HCM and Decibel HRM platforms.
- Collaborate with line managers for workforce planning and talent development strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide support in performance management and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) software.
- Practical knowledge of Decibel HRM software and its applications.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
