Data Centre Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified professional to manage electrical, cooling, fire detection, and suppression systems in a data centre environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain data centre equipment such as UPS, electrical panels, and cooling systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair infrastructure issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support the installation of new IT equipment, ensuring adequate power and cooling resources.
  • Respond to critical alarms related to electrical, cooling, and fire systems promptly.
  • Work in shifts including weekends, evenings, nights, and on-call to ensure 24/7 operations.
Requirements
  • Technical knowledge of data centre electrical and cooling systems is essential.
  • Able to handle critical alarms of electrical systems, UPS, and PDUs.
