Job Profile:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Data Centre Assistant, responsible for the smooth operation of our data centre facilities. The successful candidate will be working closely with the facilities team to ensure that all data centre equipment is running efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and maintaining data centre facilities, including cooling and electrical systems
  • Performing preventive maintenance to avoid downtime
  • Troubleshooting and repairing facility infrastructure issues
  • Supporting installations of new IT equipment from a facilities perspective

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge of data centre cooling systems and operations
  • Ability to handle critical alarms of data centre cooling systems
  • Training in data centre electrical and cooling systems
