We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our supply chain function, encompassing planning, procurement, production coordination, warehousing, and logistics. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness while ensuring timely delivery of finished goods.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead end-to-end supply chain functions including planning, procurement, production coordination, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Oversee demand forecasting, material planning, and production scheduling to ensure timely availability of resources and delivery of finished goods.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality, timely procurement of materials while optimizing sourcing costs.
  • Supervise warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock accuracy through effective systems and audits to minimize losses and ensure traceability.
  • Optimize logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery and improved customer service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for import/export, safety, and documentation in all supply chain activities.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the supply chain team to foster ownership, accountability, and high performance across all areas.
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for procurement, inventory, and logistics reporting.
  • Present timely operational reports and insights to senior leadership, identifying risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement areas.
Requirements

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. The successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain software.
