Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:

CureMD is seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in designing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns using email marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and create targeted email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Utilize email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot) to set up and automate campaigns.
  • Write compelling email copies, design engaging layouts, and ensure visuals align with brand guidelines.
  • Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics for personalized campaigns.
  • Build and maintain accurate email lists using various tools and methods.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and designs to improve open and click-through rates.
  • Design advanced workflows and nurture sequences to personalize and automate email responses.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on key metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversions).
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics to track performance.
