Antenity is a startup focused on delivering highly accurate cost estimation services to contractors across the United States. As we scale operations, we are looking for sharp, research-driven professionals to fill the role of Lead Generation Specialist at our DHA Phase 8 office in Lahore.

About the Role

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential leads in the U.S. construction and electrical contracting industry. Your efforts will directly support our outbound sales team by building high-quality, verified, and relevant prospect lists. You'll work closely with Business Development Representatives and management to ensure a consistent and high-volume flow of pre-qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, Google, company directories, and CRM systems to identify and collect data on U.S.-based electrical contractors, subcontractors, and construction firms.
  • Build and maintain clean, structured lead sheets with accurate contact details (emails, phone numbers, decision-maker names, etc.)
  • Verify lead quality and relevance based on company size, industry, location, and service fit.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align lead targeting with active campaigns.
  • Consistently deliver daily/weekly lead volume targets with a focus on accuracy and value.
  • Monitor and refresh outdated lead lists to ensure current and actionable contact data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Business, IT, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, prospect research, or data mining (construction/estimation domain preferred)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, or other lead-gen tools
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for list formatting and CRM entry
  • Comfortable with working during U.S. business hours
  • Excellent written English and communication skills for a professional lead research and documentation
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and contractor/vendor ecosystems is a plus
  • Familiarity with Yelp and Bluebook is a plus
  • Experience in automating the leads is a big plus
