Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of the Human Resources function, and for setting and monitoring performance and quality standards for team members.

They will lead, motivate, and develop Human Resources team members to achieve the organisation's objectives and to ensure a high-quality responsive service to meet internal customer requirements.

This role contributes to the development of strategies for all matters relating to Human Resources, taking into account legislative requirements and best employment practices.

The person in this position is responsible for the effective development and implementation of management and staff development and learning across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the human resources function with expertise and professionalism.
  • Advise on remuneration systems and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
