Job Title

A Senior Software Engineering Lead is required to lead a team of software engineers in the development and maintenance of complex software systems.

About the Role
  • Manage and direct a team of software engineers in the design, development, and testing of software applications.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading high-performing teams, technical expertise in Java and PHP, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical leadership experience in software engineering.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and methodologies.
  • Experience with Java and PHP programming languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and coach junior engineers.
