Onboarding Expertise

  • We're looking for individuals with expertise in creating a seamless customer experience through efficient onboarding processes.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and implement strategies that ensure accurate and compliant onboarding processes.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and digital onboarding frameworks, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Onboarding: Develop and implement digital onboarding processes that ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Identity Verification & Name Screening: Design and implement identity verification checks, including name screening against sanction lists, and PEP databases, to flag potential risks and escalate for further review.
  • Video KYC: Conduct video KYC sessions to authenticate customer identities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
  • KYC Data and Document Management: Review, validate, and process KYC data and documents submitted by customers, ensuring they meet the bank's onboarding requirements and comply with regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure all onboarding processes adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies, flagging and escalating any discrepancies or compliance issues for further investigation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer digital onboarding, KYC management, account management, customer services, or related roles in the banking sector.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, digital onboarding frameworks, and video KYC processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
