
Strategic HR and Admin Leader

The organization is seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR and Admin Leader to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and administrative functions. This key role ensures the development and implementation of effective HR strategies, aligned with overall business objectives, while also managing office administration, compliance, and employee relations.
- This position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures that drive business success.
- Manages full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring seamless data management and reporting.
- Handles payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Leads performance management, training, and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and organizational growth.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant labor laws and organizational policies to minimize risk and ensure a positive work environment.
- Effectively addresses employee grievances and mediates workplace conflicts through fair and impartial mediation.
- Supports organizational change and culture-building activities to foster a collaborative and innovative work culture.
Administration:
- Oversees office facilities and operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning and maximum productivity.
- Manages procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment, streamlining operations and minimizing waste.
- Supervises administrative staff and coordinates internal services, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and other essential functions.
- Ensures legal and regulatory compliance, maintaining licenses, audits, contracts, and other critical documents.
- Coordinates travel arrangements, company events, and internal communication to enhance team collaboration and morale.
- Prepares detailed reports, memos, and documents for senior management, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
