Human Resources Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee the company's recruiting, employee development, and administrative tasks.

  • Create effective referral programs and manage the hiring process.
  • Making strategic decisions for the organization to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Develop job descriptions and post ads on various channels to attract a pool of candidates.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates and issuing employment contracts.
  • Conduct thorough background checks on candidates, including professional verification and reference checks.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of employees.
  • Provide orientations and update records of new staff members.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Ensure that HR files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Respond to internal and external queries on hiring matters.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars to enhance employee skills.
  • Produce regular reports on general HR activities.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
Administrative Responsibilities

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Timely maintenance of office equipment and assets.
  • Liaising with local government departments and authorities.
  • Managing relationships with potential vendors through proper procurement processes.
  • Responsibly opening and closing the office premises.
  • Purchasing stationery, office supplies, and other miscellaneous items according to established procedures.
  • Supervising office boys and janitorial staff.
  • Ensuring office security and monitoring CCTV cameras.
  • Preparing and maintaining monthly requisitions.

This is a full-time, permanent position working in Lahore, Pakistan. We require a strong understanding of human resource management principles and practices.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA in HRM is preferred).
  • 4-5 years of experience as an HR and Admin Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Labor Laws and Human Resource policies.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in email, MS Office, and business tools.
  • Self-motivated, problem-solving, and dispute resolution skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and possess convincing skills.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
