About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to expand existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large client accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration.
- Experience working in a similar industry or sector.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
- Fluency in a second language.
