Role Summary:

To drive growth and strengthen Kisaan's presence in the food services segment by managing and expanding relationships with key accounts, including restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and institutional clients. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and aligning client needs with Kisaan's product offerings. The Key Account Manager will act as a strategic partner to clients while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and business sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and Manage Key Food Service Accounts:

Build and maintain strong relationships with HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers) clients to promote Kisaan's dairy products, particularly Ghee and Butter, ensuring consistent demand and client satisfaction.

2.Drive Sales Growth of Ghee & Butter Products:

Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase the market share of Kisaan's Ghee and Butter in the food service sector.

3.Product Placement & Menu Integration:

Collaborate with chefs, procurement teams, and purchasing managers to integrate Kisaan's Ghee and Butter into recipes and menus, enhancing brand visibility and usage.

4.Monitor Market Trends and Customer Feedback.

Gather market intelligence on pricing, competitor products, and customer preferences to help refine offerings and support product development initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
  • Mini
    mum 4–6 years of experi
    ence in Key Account Management wit
    hin Modern Trade and Food Serv
    ices, preferably in
    the dairy or FMCG se
    ctor.
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and analytics, with good knowledge
