
School Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Officer at our school in Pakistan.
About the RoleThis is a key position within our organization, requiring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of professionalism and discretion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the school, including staff supervision, equipment maintenance, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the work of administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Ensure that all equipment, including vehicles, generators, and UPS systems, are properly maintained and serviced
- Manage the school's finances, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting
- Distribute salaries to local staff on a monthly basis
- Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Provide logistical support to academic staff, including arranging supplies, transport, and other resources as needed
- Ensure the security and well-being of students and staff by supervising and managing their movements and travel
- Liaise with the local community to promote the school's activities and foster positive relationships
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized university
- At least two years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English language reading, writing, and speaking
- Strong organizational and time management skills
