Clinical Nurse Specialist
This role requires an experienced nurse with advanced clinical expertise. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of a nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and managing nursing staff. They will work closely with other healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert clinical guidance to nursing staff, ensuring effective deployment of staff and compliance with quality nursing standards.
  2. Collaborate with nursing, paramedical staff, consultants, and hospital administration to ensure seamless operation of the nursing unit.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and safety, conducting regular audits and monitoring of healthcare quality standards.
  4. Design and deliver training programs for nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
  5. Supervise and monitor the duties of RHS hospitals matrons/nursing in charge, providing guidance and support as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • Post RN B.Sc. (Nursing) or Generic BSN with 10 to 12 years of experience with leading healthcare organizations.
