Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection
  1. Develop and manage job postings to attract top talent from various channels.
  2. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
  3. Conduct interviews and make job offers to suitable candidates.

Onboarding

  • Plan and execute comprehensive orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Prepare and distribute relevant documents, including employment contracts.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Performance Management

  • Support the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes.
  • Help set performance goals and conduct performance reviews.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.

HR Policies and Compliance

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and recommend necessary updates to policies.

HR Reporting and Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
