In this role, you will be responsible for making initial contact with potential clients, introducing them to our international real estate investment opportunities. Your primary goal will be to establish rapport, understand their investment interests, and provide information that encourages them to consider our offerings.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine interest in helping clients make informed investment decisions. As a Global Investor Liaison, you will be working closely with clients from around the world, providing them with expert advice and guidance on international real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make initial contact with potential clients via phone calls to discuss their investment interests.
  • Introduce and explain international real estate investment opportunities, providing tailored information to cater to clients' needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions in a CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
  • Utilize Google Sheets and Excel to manage client information and sales data, staying up-to-date on market trends and real estate offerings.

As a Global Investor Liaison, you will be required to have excellent cross-cultural communication skills and be able to adapt to different communication styles. You will also need to possess strong analytical skills to stay up-to-date on market trends and provide clients with the most relevant information.

Key Responsibilities:

Make initial contact with potential clients via phone calls.

Introduce and explain our international real estate investment opportunities.

Build and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients.

Listen to client needs and provide tailored information about our offerings.

Schedule follow-up calls and arrange more in-depth conversations with senior sales representatives.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.

Use Google Sheets and Excel to manage and track client information and sales data.

Stay updated on market trends and our real estate offerings to provide clients with the most relevant information.

We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent verbal communication skills in English and Urdu, proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, and previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated with a positive attitude, and able to work independently while managing time effectively.
