Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections on raw materials, components, and finished products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and specifications.

  • Conduct inspections on raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform in-process checks during product assembly to verify adherence to quality standards.
  • Utilize various measurement tools and equipment to verify product quality.
  • Monitor and record data on critical parameters like voltage, capacity, electrolyte levels, internal resistance, and terminal torque.
  • Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or deviations from product standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of QC experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector, preferably with battery products.
  • Familiarity with quality tools and techniques such as 5S, 7 QC Tools, FMEA, CAPA, and SPC.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 systems.
  • Basic understanding of performance parameters and testing methods.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QC reporting tools.
